Delta Air Lines is all set to open 13 new restaurants, cafes and bars in the LaGuardia Airport terminal. The restaurants would start operating by next summer. People usually rush towards airport restaurants often due to extensive security checks and flight delays. All the people get around from these airports are only junk food and that too at higher prices. According to travel experts the functioning of fast food restaurant is a common trend which is being an ongoing process since time immemorial.

All that customers now-a-days want is availability of food stuff at the airport, as a majority of passengers have to wait for long before boarding the aircraft. On the other hand airports all over the world are making good money in leasing out the restaurants at the airport. Unfortunately, all the food stuff which is available in the airport is not good for passengers’ health. With the coming up of the proposed upscale restaurants by the Delta Airlines at LaGuardia airport in New York, I hope all other airports around the world would take a heed from it. Well done! LaGuardia Airport for planning good restaurants around your terminal, we all await anxiously to your restaurants.

About LaGuardia Airport
You can reach LaGuardia Airport by limo, taxi or helicopter. However, these are an expensive affair. If money is an issue with you to reach LGA, the subway and bus combo is a good option. Have a nice journey!

Recognizing a capacity shortage in cargo and passenger facilities provided by Beijing Capital Airport in the next 10 years, the municipal government plans to convert the suburban Daxing District into a logistics hub for Beijing and nearby Hebei Province. The plans will need state-level approval.

Daxing District is to the south of Beijing and is connected by the sixth ring road to the city. It is on main highway G106.

It currently takes about one hour to drive from Daxing to downtown in good traffic conditions, and the road and rail network would need considerable upgrading if an airport was to be constructed there. It is thought that the Daxing Airport plans would be to service Asian regional passenger flights and significantly increase cargo facilities if implemented

Singapore Airlines customers who check in online and travel without check-in baggage can now look forward to a streamlined check-in experience, with the Airline partnering Changi Airport Group to introduce the Passenger Reconciliation System (PRS) for its flights at Terminals 2 and 3 from 1 June.

Currently, customers with self-printed boarding passes are required to present their travel documents at the check-in counters for verification and endorsement. This is the case even for customers who travel without check-in baggage. Only after all documents have been verified can customers then proceed to the immigration access point.
With PRS, customers departing Changi Airport without check-in baggage can proceed directly to the immigration access point, where security officers with 2D barcode scanners will verify their self-printed boarding passes.

Customers who have visa or credit card verification requirements will, however, still need to present their documents at the check-in counters first. These customers should proceed to the designated self-service counters at Row 9 in Terminal 2 and Row 4 in Terminal 3.

To ensure a smooth travel experience, customers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 40 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
